Once you have placed your online fabric order, our dedicated dispatch team will meticulously cut and prepare your cloth for shipping from our Yorkshire mill. Orders received before 2pm on business days are generally dispatched the same day, UK shipping is usually within 5 working days, but this may vary. International shipping outside of the UK is dependent on customs but tracking is provided.

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have ordered, please contact our sales team sales@standevenfabrics.co.uk who can help advise with the next step of you purchase journey. Delivery and/or collection charges are non-refundable, unless the cloth is faulty.

As an increased security measure your trade account will not require a password. Once your account has been confirmed you will be prompted to enter your email address to login, a code will then be automatically sent to this address to complete your login process.

To log in to a trade account you will require access to the inbox attached to the email address used to log in.

Once logged in to your trade account, you will see live stock levels ensuring we have the correct length available before you place your order. Should the stock length not show the length you desire, please contact our team sales@standevenfabrics.co.uk who can offer additional help and advice with your order.

When your trade account has been approved, you can proceed to create your order. Once at the checkout you can enter your card details and complete the order process. Once you have a trade account approved you will be able to order cloth by the metre online, view the live stock levels to ensure the correct meterage is available, get account specific pricing, payment terms.
